We are able to do this because we have cut down on all unnecessary overhead. We don’t have fancy office furniture. Or sweeping city views. We don’t have company cars or country club memberships or espresso machines or expensive suits. None of this is valuable to you. We are a completely virtual agency for a virtual age and we keep our billing tight.
Our office building is haunted by ghosts. That’s where Mike likes to work, anyway. Our designers, programmers, photographers, writers, everyone—they work from anywhere and everywhere. You don’t want to pay for square footage. You want good advertising. Every cent of your campaign goes towards making your creative better and bolstering your media buy.
Since the pandemic, everyone is working online, and they’re still figuring out the bugs of office workflow and operations. We’ve been doing the virtual agency model since 2008, so this is all old-hat to us. We’ve had extreme social distancing dialled since Day One.

Mike Catherall founded Immersion Creative in 2008. Previously, he was an award-winning copywriter for international agencies Ogilvy & Mather and Publicis for accounts such as Disneyland, Western Union and Mercedes-Benz.
Hope Morris is an Administrative Assistant with 10 years of experience. Before returning to Vancouver, she worked at Pentagram Design, a multi-disciplinary design firm in New York City where she was instrumental in the day-to-day operations of high-profile designers.
An award-winning art director with numerous Summit and Applied Arts mentions to her name, Katie Lapi has worked in Graphic Design, Illustration, and Communications for over 17 years.
Dennis Whitfield is a tireless web developer and designer with over ten years of experience. Dennis has worked for companies including IKEA and Air Transat. He is known for his unique solutions and continued dedication to advancing his skills.
